The town’s 35 acres of parks include sporting facilities, walking trails, sports fields, and the only wheelchair softball field in the Southeast. The opening of Bridgeway Station, the area’s first urban village, connects Mauldin to the Swamp Rabbit Trail via a pedestrian bridge over Interstate 385. Offering a walkable “Main Street” with new apartments, offices, shopping, dining, lodging, and entertainment, the mixed-use development is sure to attract new residents to one of the fastest-growing communities in the Upstate.
